Our operations are still impacted, but we have significantly increased our production capacity in recent weeks to meet the demand.

Currently, we estimate that orders should arrive at maximum within 15 business days of the purchase date, but some items (artwork, mugs, stickers, phone cases) will only be delayed by one week or less. We greatly appreciate your patience and your loyalty to the Ubisoft store.

Our operations are still severely impacted by the situation and the high volume of orders, but please, rest assured we do our best to ship your products as soon as possible.

Right now, we estimate orders to arrive within 20 business days from the date of purchase, but some items (art, mugs, stickers, phone case) can arrive within two weeks and less. We appreciate a lot your patience and your loyalty to the Ubisoft Store.

These precautions may result in slightly longer dispatch time than we usually deliver, but we will do our utmost to ensure that all orders get to you as soon as possible. We estimate orders to arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase, but some orders may arrive in 2 weeks or less.

Due to the current situation worldwide, the Ubisoft Store has made the decision to close our warehouse, which will suspend temporarily any shipping of physical goods.

We are committed to fulfilling and delivering your order once our warehouse is operational again. However, at this point we do not have an estimated shipping or delivery date for your order. We will send you an email with an estimated date of arrival for your order once we know.
